Admission Process

All applicants must be interviewed by the director and/or an appropriate representative, and decisions taken are based on the availability of places and, at senior level, on qualifications and age. Pupils are enrolled in the first instance for a year and a term's notice is required should parents wish to withdraw their child, otherwise a full terms fee will be due in lieu of the notice.

The maximum number of pupils per class is 20 so, if there is no place to enrol your child he/she may be placed on a waiting list. This normally happens in our lower grades.
School fees are payable in advance.

At crèche, pupils may be enrolled on a daily basis provided there is space available. A daily rate will worked out and charged.

Parents wishing to enrol a child must:

  • Complete a registration form which is available in the office
  • Bring all supporting documents required for the application, including previous school records, personal identification documents, photos, etc. and the application form completely filled in.
  • Schedule an interview with the director.
  • Upon acceptance visit the school office to make arrangements for the payment of fees. Our 2017 fees' structure is available from the office

The school administration reserves the right to refuse applicants whose records indicate problems the school cannot adequately cater for. Grade placement can be difficult as children come from a variety of different educational backgrounds. Since the school has adopted the CIE Curriculum and the age entry points used in this curriculum should provide a general guide. There is, however, an element of flexibility and past records, admission tests and the interview may override the age pointer. Final decision on the placement of children rests with the school Principal.

Parents are also strongly advised to read and familiarize themselves with the contents of the Student and Parent's Handbook
